Configuring Windows 7
Follow these steps to setup your connection to VPNywhere.
Please make sure you have disabled file and printer sharing and that you have a firewall enabled on your computer. You will get an ip address from us which is directly connected to the internet. We offer unfiltered and uncensored internet access!

14. Compare the settings on the third tab with your own settings.

15. Compare the settings on the fourth tab with your own settings.
Make sure ’File and Printer Sharing’ is disabled.

16. Compare the settings on the fifth tab with your own settings.
Then click ’OK’ to continue.

17. Type in your user name and password.
Click on ’Connect’ to activate your VPN.

18. You should see the VPN being established now.

19. When asked, please choose ’Public network’.

20. Click on ’Close’ to continue.

21. The status of your VPN connection shoud be ’Connected’.

22. Click on ’Status’ in order to see the VPN connection details.

23. The Media State should report ’Connected’ and
the Duration should be increasing.
The Bytes counters should be increasing also.

1. Click on the Windows logo and type ’network’ in the search box.
Then click on ’Network and Sharing Center’.
Then click on ’Network and Sharing Center’.
2. Click on ’Setup a new connection or network’.
3. Click on ’Connect to a workplace’ and then click on ’Next’.
4. Click on ’Use my Internet connection (VPN)’
5. Change the Internet Address to ’NL.VPNYWHERE.COM’.
Change the Destination name to ’VPNywhere’.
Check the ’Don’t connect now’ box and then click ’Next’.
Change the Destination name to ’VPNywhere’.
Check the ’Don’t connect now’ box and then click ’Next’.
6. Type in your user name and password.
Check the ’Remember this password’ box and click on ’Create’.
Check the ’Remember this password’ box and click on ’Create’.
7. If you click on ’Connect now’ the VPN connection will start.
If you would like to double check your settings then click on ’Close’.

8. Click on ’Connect to a network’.
9. Click on ’VPNywhere’ on the right side.
10. Click on ’Connect’.
11. Click on the ’Properties’ box.
